Cowork & AI Tools

Make your teams productive with AI tooling that fits how you work.

We roll out Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and similar tools, and extend them where needed with custom plugins, agents, and MCP connectors into your systems. Observability comes with the rollout, so you can see what the tools actually do.

01 — When teams call us

You bought licenses and ran a launch week, and usage flatlined by week three.

Every team uses AI tools its own way, and nobody can say what data is being sent to which model from which system.

The tools stop at the edge of your systems. They draft and summarize well, but they cannot reach the CRM, the tickets, or the codebase where the work lives.

03 — How the engagement runs
01

Audit how the work flows today

We sit with the teams and trace where the hours go: which documents get written, which systems get queried, which handoffs stall. The workflows worth automating come from that audit, never from a feature list.

02

Connect the tools to your systems

Custom MCP connectors, plugins, and agents let the tools operate on your CRM, documents, tickets, and code, under permissions your security team sets. This is the step that separates a chat window from a working tool.

03

Roll out with governance and training

Permissions and usage policy go in before the invites do. Training runs on each team's real work rather than canned demos, so people leave the session having finished one of their own tasks with the tool.

04

Measure adoption and keep what earns its place

Usage observability shows which workflows stick. Where a tool goes unused, we find the friction and fix it, or we drop the tool and stop paying for it.

05 — Common questions

Do you only work with Anthropic tools?

We know Claude Cowork and Claude Code best and default to them, but the rollout pattern of connectors, governance, training, and observability applies to whichever tools you have chosen. We have extended other vendors' tools the same way.

How do you keep company data away from the wrong model?

Connectors run under scoped permissions, traffic routes through an audited gateway, and the data policy is enforced in configuration rather than in a memo. Your security team can inspect exactly what each tool can reach.

What does success look like?

Weekly active usage on the workflows we targeted, measured per team, plus the hours those workflows used to take. If adoption stalls, the observability shows where, and we treat that as our problem to fix during the engagement.
