Native Odoo AI or a custom integration?

Odoo 19 includes configurable AI agents with sources and tools. We assess whether these cover your workflow before adding an external agent or connection. See Odoo’s agent documentation.

Does our plan allow external connections?

Odoo’s documentation limits external API access to Custom pricing plans; it is not available on One App Free or Standard. We check the terms and technical access for your deployment before scoping integrations. See Odoo’s API requirements.
