How we make decisions.
The work comes before the technology
We start by understanding the task and what an improvement would be worth. The choice of tools follows from that, including what can go wrong and what the system will cost to run.
Simple is a valid answer
An existing tool or a small change to a workflow may be enough. We recommend custom software when the work justifies it, with access rules and human checks suited to the task.
Your team needs to be able to use it
A handover includes the code, setup, operating instructions, and tests, along with training. Your team should understand how the system works, where its limits are, and who is responsible for running it.
Know what you are paying for.
A project review gives you a recommendation you can assess: what to change, the benefit to expect, likely running costs, and a scope and quote for the build. We agree the review scope and price before starting. You can use the plan without commissioning a build.
If you go ahead, we agree how to measure the results and test the system on real work with your team. The handover covers what works, what needs human review, and how to get help during the agreed support window.
The test is whether it helps with the work.
A convincing demo leaves plenty of questions unanswered. Does it work with your documents? What happens when it makes a mistake? Can your team manage it, and is the result worth the running cost? Those questions guide what we recommend and build.
That applies to a single workflow as much as a larger system. We work on document extraction, company knowledge bases, AI tools and agents, and the security around them. The starting point is the problem your business wants to solve.
Tell us what you want to improve.
Bring a task that takes too much time, an AI idea, or a system that needs work. We'll help you decide on a first step. Project reviews start at US$2,500, with no obligation to commission a build.
